Note: in the USA, putting the photo on the resume is unfavorable, so check what the general practices about it are in your country.Information like driver’s license, security number, other online sources (blogs, websites), and others are not necessary unless they are relevant to the job you are applying for. (E.g. A job description specifically asks for an administrative assistant with a driver’s lice nse.)Using our resume builder, you will be able to add and delete sections according to what your needs are. There are also templates with and without photos. Make sure you chose the one that is right for you.GUIDE ON WRITING THE SUMMARY SECTIONWriting the summary section is maybe the most complicated part of building a resume since it needs to contain information about who you are, what you are looking for and your skills. What makes it hard is putting it into 2-3 sentences without making it scarce or generic. The problem with writing too short, uninformative or generic summaries is that it does not give the recruiters the information of who you are.A summary should have that personal touch that would distinguish you from other candidates. The difference can be in your experience, your achievements, or your personality.Let us take a look at these examples:Summary WITH EXPERIENCEA hard-working, accomplished professional with over 10 years of experience and over 50 successful projects i s looking for new opportunities to apply his experience. My ideal environment is one where I can work with people of the same work ethics RightSummary WITH EXPERIENCEA hard-working, experienced administrative assistant is looking for a new job opportunity WrongSummary WITHOUT EXPERIENCEAn ambitious college undergraduate is looking to put her acquired knowledge to real-life situations. With a 97 GPA score and a completed summer internship in the field, I am looking for a first-time job to jumpstart my career. RightSummary WITHOUT EXPERIENCEA Business School undergrad is looking for a first-time job as an Administrative Assistant. WrongCan you spot the difference? Improving your summary by adding a little bit more information (GPA score, numbers of projects, percentages, other achievements) will make you stand out. And from the example, you see that it works for both experienced and inexperienced applicants. The generic summaries will not stand out, as they only state the obvious â €" that you want the job you are applying for.Go ahead and write your own summary now while the information is still fresh in your mind. And do not forget to use our easy layouts!GUIDE ON WRITING THE EXPERIENCE SECTIONThe experience section could not be more straight-forward, however, this is where people tend to get a little overboard. The thing is, we generally think that the more information about our experience we include the better; however, this is not always right. The important things to consider are:RelevanceOrderMannerThe key to writing a great experience section is in limiting yourself to the experience relevant to what you are applying for. When you are applying for an administrative management position, it is not important if you have spent your summers tutoring neighborhood children in math. You may still want to include this type of information, but have a ready response to the interview questions about that.E.g. “How did tutoring children help you become a better admin istrative worker?“If you ace this, you may even get the plus points. However, since the first round of the recruitment process is only in written form, the additional and irrelevant information may crowd over the relevant ones.As far as the order in which you are listing your experience, the best choice is to use reverse-chronological order, i.e. start from the latest experience   and work your way down to the first one. It helps emphasize your latest and most relevant experience. The manner in which you are writing about your experience should be concise and straight to the point. First state the time you spent working on that position (E.g. June 2018-present), then emphasize the position you held, and then the institution you were working for. This order appears the most logical for HR.When talking about your assignments, list your achievements and obligations using bullets, and keep them short yet informative:ExperienceIncreased productivity by 15% during the three quarters.Succ essfully completed over 200 assignments. RightExperienceIncreased productivity.Completed allocated assignments WrongIf you stick to simply stating the facts without supporting them with evidence, it looks like you are just trying to fill in the information and that they do not actually mean much since it is understood that those are usual tasks of an administrative assistant. If you do not have any experience in the field, do not resort to putting down just anything. It is better to delete the entire section and focus on the education part and the summary, rather than including irrelevant information. If you have completed internships, write them down in the same manner. How is building your own resume going? Do you find our layouts user-friendly? We hope so!Let’s continue!GUIDE ON WRITING THE EDUCATION SECTIONThis section is where you should showcase all the points in which your formal education helped prepare you for the job you are applying for.Again, as in the experience sectio n, use the reverse chronological order.State the name of the institution in which you got your degree.Use bullets to provide information relevant to the job.For example, your major is not as relevant to the job, but your minor is, it would be a pity not to accentuate it.Pay close attention to the education section, especially if you do not have any experience regarding the job.The best way to make your case is to list all the achievements you made during your schooling:AwardsHonorsScholarshipsGPAProjects you have been included inand so onOther facts that you should include in this section are other types of education:CertificatesOnline CoursesLicensesAnything that helps you do your job and show your will to better and educate yourself beyond formal education.GUIDE ON WRITING THE SKILLS SECTIONIn this section, you should write down any and all skills that help you do your job well. We divide skills into two groups:Hard skills- the ones that are specifically related to the job, e.g. u sing a certain program, fast typing, tech-savvy, and so on.Soft skills- they usually come as a part of your personality and what your innate or learned characteristics are, e.g. time management, communication skills, public speaking, and moreLet us assume that you have all the desired skills that you see in the job description, but you have others that you want to flaunt. Should you? Well, if they are in any way related to the job, then the answer is yes. E.g. if you are hoping to work for an international company it is fabulous if you speak other languages; in this case, write the skill down even if it is not specifically required of an applicant to speak, say, French. On the other hand, are you are an avid horseback rider? That might be a good skill to single out if you are applying for a stunt position on a movie set.It would not do you much good in an office while you are trying to juggle schedules, finances, and events. There is an easy guide on how to pick the skills to showcase Mirror the job description. It is as easy as that! Be careful not to copy all the keywords, though.E.g., the responsibilities you will have are: managing executives calendar, coordination of appointments, handling communication both written and verbal, pulling out monthly expense reports,Spot the keywords and address them in your skill section. This will show the recruiters that you have what it takes to do the job wellMany applicants make a mistake of just throwing down skills, however, you should make sure that the skills are organized and graded.SkillsProficient in QuickBooks, Zoho Expense, and FreeAgentMS Office Package-4/5 RightSkillsQuickBooks, Zoho Expense, and FreeAgentMS Office WrongThere are various ways of grading your skills, and we have included all of them (description, scale, stars…), just pick the one you like, and get going!FINAL TIPS TRICKSKeep your resume short. Upon revision, delete all the unnecessary points- something that is less relevant, filler words, and so on. One page is more than enough. The bonus is, all the information are there on one glance, if the recruiters have to flip through the pages, chances are they are going to miss something.Stay clear of highlighting any causes that might be politically colored.Change perspective and look at your resume from the HRs viewpoint. If you cannot distance yourself, ask a friend, a family member or a mentor to take a look at it from an objective standpoint.Practice answering the questions related to your previous experience and skills. E.g. Why did you leave your last job? How did participating in the XY event help shape you as a successful administrative assistant? And the like.Proofread your resume.  If you have read it so many times that you know it by heart, it is possible that you will miss a typo, a double word or a missing comma. Ask a friend for help, or wait a couple of hours, so you are rested and check again.Use our resume builder to accent the right information, as not al l of them are of the same importance.Make sure that your resume fits the job description. Related: Real estate marketing tips and tools Just like any good advice column, we went straight to the experts and asked them: When is the right time to hire a real estate marketing firm? What should you ask for, and what should you watch out for? Here's what they told us. When to hire a real estate marketing agency Hiring a marketing agency can be expensive but well worth it—if you find the right one. But when is the right time to start looking for an agency to take over your marketing? If you've just started your company, it isn't yet time to worry about this, but it might come up later on. For example, here are some of the reasons our experts gave. Looking to grow. If your company's growth is stalling, or if you're reaching your goals but want to accelerate, it might be time to consider hiring a real estate marketing firm. The agency can take some responsibilities off your plate and super-charge your marketing efforts. Lacking the time or skills. Alen Kadimyan, CEO of IEI Realty, said they knew it was time to hire an agency when they ran out of time to increase their marketing efforts. "We were falling behind on social media marketing, SEO, and our presence was not as prominent. We needed to differentiate ourselves from other bus-bench agencies." Bringing in an agency can fill those time and skill gaps for you. Unsure of your next move. Here's the situation: You're running all the marketing yourself, or you have some in-house marketers on hand. However, you're struggling to determine or settle on a larger marketing strategy. This is a clue to begin searching for a real estate marketing firm that can help you find your direction. What to look for in a real estate marketing agency Benjamin Franklin often advised others to date "with your eyes wide open," to ensure you don't go into a relationship blind. This advice applies well to finding the right marketing agency for your real estate brand. Here's what our experts say to watch for when you're "courting" a marketing firm. Do they provide the services you need? Before searching for real estate marketing services, you should sit down with your team (no matter its size) and discuss which services your brand would benefit from most. This could be digital marketing, PPC, social media, creative strategy, advertising, or any number of services. Once you understand your priorities, you can start looking for creative marketing firms who are experts in those areas. Kadimyan said that when they began searching for marketing services, they knew exactly what they needed help with. "We needed someone who could help us find a unique voice in our branding, help us market ourselves as millennial-friendly realtors, and help us expand our reach on social media." These goals made it easy to narrow down their shortlist to the firms who specialized in those areas. Do they understand real estate? It's vital for agencies to know how real estate groups work and how to collaborate with them, according to Kadimyan. "Make sure they understand real estate, selling and buying process, and are familiar with the terminology. Agencies that stay connected via messenger and accommodate the on-the go agency." Jeff Miller, a real estate broker with AE Home Group in Maryland, said that marketing agencies who try to be experts at everything only end up being average in their skills. "We found that it is much more effective to hire an agency based on their expertise in one vertical of marketing. Our experience was that being great at one form of marketing yields more leads than being average at all of them. Over time, if we want to expand and obtain more leads, then we would reassess hiring additional agencies who are experts in other verticals." Do they understand marketing trends? A good marketing agency is on top of the latest trends in digital marketing and traditional advertising. They should be able to tell you which mediums, channels and formats are most effective today—and which ones should be left by the wayside. Perhaps most importantly, they should be able to spot opportunities that other marketers are missing. Evan Roberts, a real estate agent with Dependable Homebuyers, said, "A good marketing agency should be able to guide you on whether direct mail, Google Adwords, Facebook marketing, or print ads are providing a high return, and which calls-to-action are connecting with individuals in your local city. Marketing agencies create their value by saving you money in pursuing strategies that others have found to be ineffective." Do they have experience in your area? Local marketing is big business, but few industries depend on it as much as real estate. Understanding the local areas you serve is business-critical—without that knowledge, your failure is virtually assured. Your marketing efforts should cater to local areas and help you build relationships with local homebuyers and property owners. Therefore, your agency needs to research and immerse themselves in the markets you serve. Regarding experience in your locality, Roberts said, "As a real estate brokerage, it is critical that your marketing agency have extensive experience in your local area. Every major metropolitan behaves differently. Some tactics work great in some areas while being over-saturated in others." Do they share your vision? You've created a vision for your real estate brand. If you want to see your vision come true, then your marketing agency has to understand and support it. The agency you hire will create strategies that impact your brand and business, so you want to make sure they're on the same page as you. McGuire: How a luxury brokerage takes real estate marketing to the next level Your brand's vision and values should come across in your marketing, from creative advertising to social media to direct mail campaigns. When you find an agency that shares and respects your values, their work for you will reflect that in a compelling, natural way. In 2014, 19.6% of worker fatalities, in private industry, were in construction (Bureau of Labor Statistics, 2015) despite the industry comprising only 6.8% of the total work force. This epidemic is not unique to the United States. Essentially every country faces similar problems regarding construction safety. For example, in 2004 the Australian construction industry employed approximately 8% of the countries workforce. However, workers compensation statistics indicated that the industry’s incidence rate was 28.6 per 1000 employees,†¦show more content†¦Safe design is the process of identifying, assessing, and eliminating hazards or potential risks that may occur in the workplace during construction or the life cycle of a designed product (Breslin, 2007). Designers have not trad itionally addressed safety in their design and are often unaware of how their design impacts safety, yet research has shown that in construction project management, many safety risks may be eliminated or mitigated and opportunities seized at the design stage if proper analysis and assessment is carried out (Zou et al, 2008). Countries around the world have realized this to be true and numerous countries have passed regulation placing some of the safety burden on designers. This paper reviews the literature on the design and implementation of safe design techniques and programs in the construction industry. Why safe design? Many times, risks faced by contractors exist at no fault of their own. That is, in some cases the contractor is bound by a design that places specific hazards on the construction site. Designers who are cognizant of and responsive to their effort on construction safety would aid in making jobsites safer for construction workers (Gambatese et al, 1997). Situations such as these led the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health to create a safe design concept, prevention through design. No Prayer in the Public Schools Essay - 3232 Words

Over the past three decades, the issue of the role of prayer in the public school system has become increasingly controversial. The current debate juggles the opposing interpretations of the exact intentions of Americas Founders, who came from an other country, England, in pursuite of expanded freedoms. The first colonists in the 17th century especially desired religious freedom, because their former British government forced them all to learn and practice a centralized religion. Consequently, A mericas first legislators made certain that their religiously pluralistic nation would not be the victim of government intervention in religious matters. Therefore, religious freedom was guaranteed in the First Amendment to the†¦show more content†¦The dispute over school prayer has evolved from the governments uncertainty of the relationship between itself and the church. As included in the Constitution, the national government intended for the sanction of all religious affiliations, yet m any state governments did not support this regulation. For instance, a number of public schools displayed favoritism and partiality toward certain religions over others in the form of financial subsidy and religious accommodation. Therefore, to ensure t hat the national and state governments could not interfere with religious establishments, a more precise interpretation of the religious clauses of the First Amendment became known as secularism, or complete separation of the church and the government. The concept of secularism seems to parallel the idea incorporated in the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment. Because all Americans citizens, including minorities and nonbelievers hold equal inalienable rights to their religious beliefs, t he government must accommodate all of its citizens. Introduction Police work together in addressing and solving issues on crime and violation of law in the community actually referred as community partnership. Community partnership is an important tool in community policing. Community partnership with the police involves collaborations of community individuals with the law governing agencies working hand in hand in order to identify the main problems facing a community and also strategize on finding a viable solution to the problem. Don’t waste time! Our writers will create an original "Discuss in relation to the Crime and Disorder Act (1998) and other recent developments" essay for you Create order When police is alone, it cannot know the main and root causes of certain problems in a community hence it has to interact with people in the community in order to be able to get information on criminal practices which might be happening in the community. It also applies when police are doing their investigations on a certain criminal they must rely on the community individuals for information access. As a result the individuals in the community stand out as strong contributors and shareholders in making sure that criminal actions are abolished and incase of any, it is tracked easily and the right action taken on it. Community partnership with the police also plays an important role in strengthening and improving public trust (Cordner Gary pg 170). Foundation of community policing partnerships Community policing networks and partnerships has been growing slowly since 1960s when civil rights movement uncovered the weaknesses of the old model of policing which was operating in the moment. Police community partnership and networking came forth political convolutions which accompanied civil rights movement as early as 1960s. Increased objections against discrimination of people according to their race alerted government about the situation of tension. Then government became anxious to know the sources of racial injustices and tension s concerning the police. This subjected police to extreme public criticism as public figure of authority and law enforcement. The investigations suggested that the police were harsh on the minorities and treated them with a lot of injustices which was not the case for the white citizens. Due to this case the political department became aware of changing society and in 1967 commission on law enforcement and ensuring of justice put it clear that pol ice should be responsive in their dealings. The areas which were to be rectified were the relationships between the police and the minorities which was hostile.   Community police relationships were started in early 1970s where the police approaches were reconstructed to fit the newly introduced method of policing which was referred as community policing. The police operations were arranged and planned according to geographical or community bases in order to bring close relation with the citizens in the communities. Also the line officers were offered a great responsibility in making decisions which helped to be able to respond to problems faced by neighborhoods. In1990s community policies had became strong and the police were serious in implementing its policy reforms receiving a great support from the office of community oriented services. They could hold annual conferences to sensitize people on the community policing. Societal organizations formed by the political department contributed to acceptance of the community policing in the community (Florenc et al pg 342). Police partnership with the community have are very effective in achieving good personal safety. The extent of relationship determines the degree in which social order is maintained in the society. There are different levels in which it can be tested and evaluated and then graded according to its affectivity and positive influence to the society (Mitchell Natasha, Julia Bryan pg 400). Nature of policing In a democratic society, it is very true that the police cannot work alone since they serve people and are supposed to be answerable to the people they serve. However there exist two different features of policing depicting the role of the police. Rude power of police which is only evident in times of violence in society as police exercise their duties can led them violating the rights and freedom of citizens regarded by the democratic society to be very important. The regulations governing police operation do not determine and moderate what police should do (Briggs Rachel pg 980). This brings an argument that policing is an activity where you make your own wise choices and judgments which make most of police actions to be seen an unjust and threatening to citizens hence police must consider public interest in their acts. Pros of community police partnership The relationship between the police and the community is very important since it ensure effective problem solving. It involves altering the norms of how police work in order to achieve their goals. When there are good relations between police and the community, everybody is responsible for maintaining justice. When a problem occur it easy to determine the source since the community offers the required information enabling the police to make vital decisions on how to deal with the problem. Partnerships and relations between the police and the community help to strengthen the community. Police involve the community members in the act of making sure that they eliminate criminal offences. In the process the community problems are solved since the most suitable solutions are sought. The aim of police community networks and relationships are aimed at reducing and eliminating the rate of crime and disorder in the community. The police are able to access very important information from the community which enable them to investigate and find out hidden criminal behavior in the community and be able to root it out (Crawford, T. A. M., Karen Evans). Police-community relationships help reduces fear in the community. Police presence in the community increases sense of security in the neighborhood. People in the community build more trust in police activities and therefore they are able to know the activities done by police men in on daily basis hence becoming responsible for elimination of crime from the community. Furthermore improve relations between the community and the police improve the quality of life in the community since crime cases are minimized. Also the community is able to give it suggestions and be listened and even the right action be taken. When community partners with police or law enforcement department, criminal offences are reduced and resources which could have been invested in law enforcement are investment in other activities in the community hence improving the living standards for the community. Cons in police community relation and partnership Power struggle This occurs where all the citizens in the community have not centered their minds on promoting and working with the police to bring justice and curb criminal actions in the community rather they are engaged in police community relations with bad intentions and reasons. These individuals use this advantage to fulfill their personal demand and interest. Different ideas Some people have different view on police presence in the community. This occurs on rebellious people and also people who commit crimes since they don’t want to be suspected. This makes it unworkable for some of people. Deviance creation Police relations with the community create deviance among the members of the community where it eradicates the cases or crime. The community no longer sees the importance of police actions since there are no criminal actions. This notion is very bad since it cultivate criminal actions again. Also creates an environment where criminal cases are overlooked without action being taken. Examples of partnerships Patrol police and Detective police Police involved patrol duties the in a neighborhood use wise skills which enable them to be effective in their duties. The police involved in patrolling base their relations with the people in the community who can inform them of any criminal offences and direct them the victims as soon as action has happened or when in action. Patrol officers with the agents they consult in the community help in pointing out the behaviors of parolees and other issues leading them to commit crimes. In doing so, the police can employ various strategies in order to reduce the cases of crime in the community. Example of team in this department is Redland police and correlation team in California. This relation involves the police officers visiting paroles in their homes and looking how they are doing. On the other hand detectives work hand to hand with the people in the community individuals in order to get information from victims. They also consult witnesses in order to get the information crime cases being investigated. Chiefs and executive officers Chiefs act as a link between the community and the higher level officers as they execute their duties in the community. Chiefs maintain and strengthen the relationships between the people in the community and police hence police are able to get enough information about criminal offences committed. Crime and Disorder act (1998) and other developments The act was put to action in 1998 and its main aim was to make strategies on how to ensure safety of the community (Millie et al pg 390). It called upon all the local authorities to partner with different agencies in order to achieve its objectives. It main objectives were: Stop youth from being involved in criminal cases. Eliminate unfriendly behavior in the community and make people to be responsible for crime and disorder. Deal with crimes encouraged by racial life in the community. Providing transparency in sentencing. Care people from mistreatments such as sex, violence and drug addicts. This act was aimed at bringing the community in a close relation with the police in order to effectively achieve the goal they had prioritized foe the community. The police major to partner with the community individuals because the service is directed to citizens (Crawford Adam pg 41). According to the scope of this act, it contained orders which were to be followed by authorities involved in the duties delegated. In 2002 a reformation was done on police act which had been made in 1988. The act was formally based on disallowance of driving off-road. However it was reformed in the police reform act of 2002 where it was based on the welfare of the community. The police were to take action vehicles used in anti-social way (Sanders et al). A vehicle distressing, annoying and alarming the public was said to be used in anti-social manner. Before the action could be taken a warning was to be given. Another act was done in 2007 to improve on identification of national background of criminals using special check systems. The act was amended in 2008 as and was referred as NICS act of 2007. Te act actions were that individuals were forbidden from buying firearms; have a close check of funds obtained from fines and whether do the work in which they allocated to accomplish and before taking an action to a criminal then he was to be determined on mental defectively (Maguire Mike pg 210). National criminal history improvement program was enacted in 2016 to improve the level of strategies of fighting to crimes and ensuring justice to criminals and also improving the accessibility of criminal information and records as well improving check supporting systems. It also aimed strengthening national record systems and use them in for criminal background investigation (Terrill Richard J). Conclusion Police partnership with different agencies is important since it bases its services on the community and leads to maximum protection of individual as well as fair execution of justice. The partnerships are also good since they root out crime from the society.

Analysis: Shel Silverstein began writing at the age of twelve. He quickly grew his own style of writing and began to publish many stories. Where the Sidewalk Ends, Shel Silverstein’s first collection of poems, was published in 1974 and attracted attention soon becoming a classic. The poem â€Å"where the sidewalk ends is about the journey of a better life. His poem is almost about the afterlife and heaven. When Silverstein says â€Å"and there the grass grows soft and white, and there the sun glows crimson bright† he is referring to the softness and unlikeliness of her world being that way. Silverstein uses the children as a representative for the beauty and innocence of the other world. Children are innocent enough enough to not see the dark road of life but the see the bliss at the end (the grass). Silverstein is trying to get us to imagine a place without the black smoke and dark street winds and bends. He is telling us to free ourselves from life’s horrors and dramas and instead telling us to go to the place where the sidewalk ends. The tone of this poem give the impression that if we try to â€Å"go where the chalk white arrows go† we can be better off. Silverstein is saying that the children know how to be innocent and how to enjoy the better things in life. Silverstein uses darkness of the alley as a way to personify the bad things we encounter in life. Children are the representative of the innocence and the good that guides us in life. Silverstein believes that we want to be as happy and pure as children at the end of the tunnel. He believes that if we live life through a child’s eyes we will enjoy the better things and not worry so much about the bad situations. Imagery is a main feature in the poem. As a descriptive piece Silverstein uses the power of words to show not tell. Personification illustrates human qualities of nature; Silverstein shows many examples of this in the poem. Prices and Research

Questions: Visit the Australian Stock Exchange website, www.asx.com.au and from Prices and research drop-down menu, select Company information. Type in the ASX code CCL (Coca-Cola Amatil Limited), and find out details about the company. Your task will be to get the opening prices of a CCL share for every quarter from January 2001 to December 2015. If you are working with the monthly prices, read the values in the beginning of every Quarter (January, April, July, October) for every year from 2001 to 2015. It is part of the assignment task to test your ability to find the information from an appropriate website. If you are unable to do so, you may read the values from the chart provided below obtained from Etrade Australia. Obviously, reading from the chart will not be accurate and you may expect around 60 percent marks with such inaccuracy. After you have recorded the share prices, answer the following questions: a. List all the values in a table and then construct a stem-and-leaf display for the data. b. Construct a relative frequency histogram for these data with equal class widths, the first class being $4 to less than $6. c. Briefly describe what the histogram and the stem-and-leaf display tell you about the data. What effects would there be if the class width is doubled, which means the first class will be $4 to less than $8? d. What proportion of stock prices were above $10? Answers: a. The List of the share prices at the beginning of every quarter are given below: All units are in Dollars Year 1-Jan 1-Apr 1-Jul 1-Oct 2001 4.91 4.65 4.85 5.02 2002 6.37 6 6.3 5.28 2003 5.73 5.69 5.86 5.89 2004 6.35 6.89 7.02 7.36 2005 7.85 8.28 7.81 7.62 2006 7.68 7.28 6.85 6.96 2007 7.83 9.51 9.16 10.2 2008 9.36 8.41 7.72 8.05 2009 9.15 9.14 9.33 10.64 2010 10.93 11.22 11.47 11.14 2011 11.24 11.94 11.3 12.3 2012 11.55 12.45 13.93 13.45 2013 13.84 15.14 12.85 12.9 2014 11.69 9.25 9.31 9.15 2015 9.7 10.27 9.28 9.11 Next we display the data in stem and Leaf plot : 3 4 689 9 5 026788 16 6 0333889 25 7 023667888 28 8 024 (12) 9 111112233357 20 10 2269 16 11 12234569 8 12 3489 4 13 489 1 14 1 15 1 b. After considering the stem and leaf diagram and the histogram plotted we can conclude that the distribution is nearly symmetric in nature. If we double class widths, then the diagram would not be good enough to judge the data and hence we could not give proper interpretations of the data. d. The proportion of stock Prices above 10 is 20/60=0.3333 (upto 4 decimal places).

Essay On 12 Angry Men Example For Students

Essay On 12 Angry Men Gentlemen of the jury, I would like to point out to you three pieces of evidence that prove this young boy is innocent. I would like to revewthe purchase of the knife, the old man hearing a yell, and the movie theater. The future of this young boy is in your hands now, make the right decision. Find him innocent. First off, the knife that was purchased the night of the murder. After fighting with his dad, he wanted to get away from his house. He lives in the slum, a very dangerous place. Feeling he needed defense, he went to the shop and bought this knife. He is very knowledgeable of knives, and here is something to think about. The wound that was found on his dad cut at a strange angle. If this boy had stabbed him, it would have been a an underhand cut. Not like the overhand wound found on his dad. What about the old man claiming to hear the boy yell? How could this be possible? The old man does not have that good of hearing. Also, at that same time, the train was going by his house. This train is very loud. How could an old man with poor hearing hear this? . This old man is not a believable witness to the murder of this man. You cant believe what he said. The train was just too loud for him to possibly hear the yells of the boy. After leaving his house, the boy went to see a movie to get away from all of this. He was under total stress. I am sure he did not care to look at the title of the movie. He probably just wanted in to get away. This way his mind was focused on other things other than his father. He thought that if he got away. he would come back in a better mood to be with his father. I have presented you with the three best points of evidence to prove the innocence of this young boy. Think of this, how could a young boy do this to his father? Even though he was a victim of abuse, l love is still inside him. That is why this boy is innocent. Now remember, Jury, this is a life and death situation that sits in front of you. Make the right decision, or the young life of an innocent child will be ruined forever. The defense rests.

However, it is important to remember that even though academic writing requires extensive research many students choose to make their paper look 'college' rather than use the skills they already have. Using a student law essay sample can ensure that the student takes on the skills required to write a high quality paper. If you do decide to hire a ghostwriter then it is worth spending some time looking over their previous work. This allows them to get a more realistic idea of how the paper will look and feel.By looking at an essay sample, most students can identify areas where they may have made errors. The addition of an error note will also help you to see where errors may have occurred. In most cases the first draft is quite clean and you can spot errors much easier. The first draft should be followed by a second draft in which any errors will be corrected. The new paper should be written very clearly and for the most part should not contain a great deal of grammatical errors. Howeve r, it is good to know that the law student should use as few words as possible. The more words the better but the essay should not be overly wordy. 7 Reasons to Celebrate Your Favorite Teacher

7 Reasons to Celebrate Your Favorite Teacher The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) instituted World Teacher Day on October 5. However, many countries observe Teacher Day celebrations independently. In America, students celebrate  Teacher Appreciation Week  in the first full week of May. In that week, Teacher Appreciation Day is celebrated on Tuesday. How You Can Celebrate Teacher Day On Teachers Day, students express their gratitude and  appreciation  to their teachers. Many educational institutes commemorate Teacher Day with elaborate entertainment activities that include short plays,  dance,  and music. Parent volunteers and Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) members often host a small celebration party for the teachers. As a student, you can put up banners, and posters with  a thank you note  scribbled on them. Express your appreciation through  thank you cards. 7 Reasons to Appreciate Teachers A Teachers Influence Lasts Forever: In the words of William Butler Yeats, Education is not the filling of a pail but the lighting of a fire. We must credit our teachers who ignite the fire of learning in the mind that is yearning for knowledge. Someone once said, Teachers dont impact for a year, but for a lifetime. A teacher can make a lasting impression on your mind. This influence persists beyond school, college, and university, and becomes the beacon of light, guiding us through the journey of life. Good teachers play the role of a parent, providing encouragement, inspiration, and invaluable guidance.Teaching Is Not Easy: Not everyone can be a teacher. Sure, you can pursue teaching programs to gain the necessary certification to be a teacher. But a good teacher has to have certain qualities to be an icon of inspiration. Great teachers are those who can extract the nectar of goodness from young aspirants. They can fish out the hidden qualities of every student. With words of inspir ation, persistent training, and rigid discipline, they steer the students in the right direction. Great teachers teach the student to believe that nothing is impossible. Teachers Impact Many Generations:  Everyone has a favorite teacher. You may love this special teacher for her charisma, enthusiasm, or knowledge. Often, your best memories of childhood revolve around a great teacher, who inspired and changed your life. Their words  or actions linger in your memory decades after you leave school. Subconsciously, you emulate them as you pass on your knowledge to the next generation. Thus, a great teachers influence can last for many generations.Teaching Self-Reliance: By setting the right example, a teacher can impress the importance of self-reliance, instead of expecting help from others. This can teach students to build on their strengths and be responsible for their successes and failures. Students can learn to push their limits.Teachers Teach You to Seek Knowledge:  You may have come across some teachers who instilled value education in you. This kind of education can mold a human being for life. Teachers bear an enormous responsibility of pa ssing on their wisdom and knowledge. Italian astronomer and mathematician Galileo expressed, You cannot teach a man anything; you can only help him discover it in himself. Good teachers help in enabling this discovery. They open new avenues  and encourage students to explore and achieve their true potential. The Best Teachers:  Recollect the good qualities of your favorite teachers. You may notice some common qualities. They motivated you to work harder, and take bigger initiatives. They are passionate about their subject and enjoyed teaching. Good teachers understand the importance of nurturing the love and thirst for knowledge. Some nuggets of their valuable advice remain with you forever. Their insight broadens your horizons and enables you to expand your knowledge.Teachers as Entertainers: Good teaching involves good delivery. African-American scholar and teacher John Henrik Clarke rightly said, A good teacher, like a good entertainer, first must hold his audiences attention; then he can teach his lesson. It is not enough to simply know your subject. To initiate learning, teachers have to make the classroom experience enriching. Appreciate Your Teacher's Efforts With Gratitude Use this opportunity to get to know your teachers better. Share your thoughts and ideas and learn what inspires them. Make beautiful Teacher Day cards with  Happy Teacher Day quotes to express your admiration. One beautiful Teachers Day quote by Albert Einstein goes, It is the supreme art of the teacher to awaken joy in creative expression and knowledge. Every Day Is Teacher Day Why wait for  Teacher Day to come around? You dont need a special occasion to express your affection towards your teacher. Make each day of your teachers life special with thoughtful words and deeds. A first-grade teacher is pleased as punch whenever she gets a hand-made card from one of her students. Overlooking the spelling mistakes and scrawny handwriting, she says that it is the thought that counts. Your Success Is Your Teacher's Success A teacher considers herself successful when her students achieve success in their respective careers. For her, the only reward is your advancement. On Teachers Day, pay a visit to your alma mater, and meet the teachers who molded you. You will be surprised to find that they remember you, even though many years have rolled by. Your visit might bring tears of joy to their eyes. Express your appreciation by writing a personalized message. It is the best gift you could ever give your teachers.
